Delivery of gift cards and top-ups
All our gift cards and top-ups are delivered instantly and exclusively electronically. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive your gift card or top-up directly by email, or it will be credited instantly to the linked account, depending on the product ordered.
Delivery time
Delivery usually takes place within the minutes after your order is confirmed. If you don’t receive your gift card or top-up within the hour, please contact without delay our customer service at contact@regoncraft.com so we can check and resolve your situation quickly.
Gift card expiry
Each gift card has a specific expiry date which varies by provider. Please check the expiry date shown in the delivery email. After that date, the card can no longer be used.
Delivery methods

- Nothing is shipped physically or by post.
