Delivery of Gift Cards and Top-Ups

All of our gift cards and top-ups are delivered instantly and exclusively electronically. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive your gift card or top-up directly via email, or it will be credited immediately to the associated account, depending on the product you ordered.

Delivery Timeframe

Delivery usually takes place within minutes of your order being confirmed. If you do not receive your gift card or top-up within the next hour, please contact our customer service team immediately at contact@regoncraft.com so that we can check and resolve your issue quickly.

Gift Card Expiration Dates

Each gift card has a specific expiration date, which varies by provider. Please check the expiration date listed in the delivery email. Once this date has passed, the card can no longer be used.

Shipping Methods

All gift cards and top-ups are sent exclusively by email in the form of a code or an activation link.
No physical or postal shipments will be made.
